I’m no chef nor can I consider myself an expert in cooking, but from the experience I have had with a gas stove, the only advantages I have noticed is that a flame heats the pot or pan much quicker than an electric stove and of course, you can save on electricity. But even then, I am not sure if having to pay for gas tank replenishments is all that cheaper than the energy an electric stove uses.

Both these Wolf ranges and the Viking ranges I read about earlier are beautiful appliances. I am not a fan of a gas range because I just don’t trust it. I am under the opinion that they don’t heat evenly so your food gets cooked unevenly as well. Plus I don’t like the fact that you are paying for all of this gas. Right now the gas prices are far higher than the electric prices.

I have a Lowe’s Home Improvement store right up the road from me would they carry the Wolf ranges and the Viking ranges I read about earlier? They are both such beautiful appliances. Are they both electric or can you get them either way? I am not a fan of a gas range because I just don’t trust it. Plus I don’t like the fact that you are paying for all of this gas.
