The majority of microwave ovens manufactured today have a turntable feature to allow the food to cook evenly. If you are cooking without the turntable feature you will want to rotate the dish ¼ turn frequently to make sure it cooks evenly. Be careful of the microwave heat and always use an oven mitt to avoid getting burned.
